I design and manage workforce development projects that respond to local needs, align cohorts with the right training providers, and build long-term capability.

Together, we explore privilege, power, and bias; practise active listening; and build equitable, inclusive workplaces. My approach focuses on reflective practice and communities of learning, we create empowered futures by learning from our shared past.
